Operator and scope
AgeOfMe is provided by RooSystems, Schaller 62, 6553 See. Contact [email protected] for questions or support. Browsing this promotional website does not create a purchase or a subscription. Game availability, system requirements, prices, and included content are specified in the applicable store listing and checkout.
Playing AgeOfMe
A lawfully obtained copy permits personal use subject to the applicable licence, store rules, and these terms where they form part of your agreement. You remain responsible for protecting your platform credentials. Follow the store’s age rules and obtain any parental or guardian permission required by law. Where offered, Google sign-in uses the Google identity and email permissions described in the Privacy Policy to authenticate and associate your AgeOfMe account. Do not share your Google password or sign-in tokens with us. Revoking Google access and requesting deletion of AgeOfMe data are separate actions, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Fair and lawful use
Do not attempt unauthorised access to services or other players’ data, interfere with service security, distribute malware, or use support channels to harass others. Do not copy or commercially redistribute game assets without permission, except where law or an applicable licence permits it. Nothing here restricts statutory exceptions, including applicable rights concerning interoperability.
Purchases and refunds
Steam, Google Play, or Apple handles purchases made through its platform. Review the checkout and relevant platform terms for the seller, price, payment, and refund process. Submit purchase or refund requests through the store’s available process, or contact [email protected] for help with delivery or technical issues. Platform refund policies do not remove mandatory withdrawal, warranty, or other consumer rights. The conditions for any loss of a digital-content withdrawal right must be satisfied in the actual purchase process; these terms do not themselves record your consent or acknowledgement.
Development, updates, and availability
Promotional images and descriptions may show work in development. Features marked as planned are not a release-date commitment. The actual product offered for sale is described in its store listing. Maintenance, faults, and network interruptions may affect online features. Required updates, conformity obligations, and remedies under applicable law remain in effect. Material changes to an existing paid service must follow the applicable contract and law.
Restrictions and support
Where there is a concrete security or abuse concern, access to affected online services may be restricted only to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law. Contact [email protected] if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Any required notice, opportunity to challenge a decision, and rights relating to purchased content remain available.
Your statutory rights
Applicable law determines liability and remedies. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or statutory remedies for defective digital content or services. No exclusive court or governing-law clause here removes protections available to you under mandatory law.
Privacy and external services
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data. Store websites and other external destinations have their own terms and policies. A link does not make their services part of this website.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future use. Changes to an existing contract require a valid legal basis and any notice or agreement required by law. Posting revised text does not automatically change an existing purchase agreement.
